DoBoost shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or devices using this service.

Users are responsible for ensuring that any device used for tracking has adequate battery life, data connectivity, and secure installation. This system is not a replacement for professional vehicle security systems.

By using this service, users agree to these conditions and acknowledge that they use the system at their own risk.

Terms & Conditions - the basics

1. Ownership
All content, software, code, design, and branding related to the DIY Vehicle Tracking system remain the intellectual property of DoBoost. Unauthorized copying, modification, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

2. Usage
You may use the tracking system only for lawful personal or business use. You may not use the service for stalking, unlawful surveillance, or any purpose that violates privacy laws.

3. Data & Privacy
DoBoost may store location data for the purpose of tracking. We do not share or sell user data to third parties. Users are responsible for securing access to their device IDs and Firebase keys.

4. Limitations
DoBoost is not responsible for any damages caused by delays, interruptions, or inaccuracies in the GPS data. You agree to use the service at your own risk.

5. Modifications & Termination
DoBoost reserves the right to update or suspend the service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service after updates implies acceptance of new terms.

6. Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be handled in South African courts.
